SAME-DAY SERVICE
Upon customer request, items returned to Deltronic Labs can be serviced and shipped back to the customer the same day they arrive. Please be sure to include your shipping requirements and return address.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
New equipment is covered by a standard one-year warranty. Deltronic Labs will replace or repair any mechanical or electronic parts damaged as a result of component or circuit failure. Deltronic Labs will repair defects in parts or assembly caused by normal operations. Deltronic Labs is NOT responsible for damage caused by or due to misuse or incorrect operation. This includes but is not limited to: visibly damaged components, missing components, failure to follow operating procedures, failure to follow power requirements, system overloads, tampering, vandalism, unauthorized modification of mechanical or electronic components, and unauthorized servicing.
