After purchasing, setup and while in operation you understand and agree that while in operation  that Deltronic Labs, Inc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall in no event be liable for injury or damage to persons or property, incidental or consequential damages (including damages resulting from defects in or non- operation of equipment or its accessories, nor damages resulting from not adhering to warning of attached warning label and Guard, regarding the potential of Tickets pulling hair into TT-2000  Tickets Series (units with optional top clear door only),  TT-2000 Single, TTD-2000 Dual, TTQ4000 Quad.). Nor shall Deltronic Labs, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates or agents be, in any event, liable for such damages that arise from and are attributable to customer’s own negligence.
